No, there is no connection to any MLS's. We don't even allow the entry of a MLS number.
Yes. All users can add a listing and appropriate compensation as well as search and save listings.
Yes. You can also specify a percentage, a fixed dollar amount, or submit with offer. All offers of compensation must comply with the NAR settlement which means any offer of compensation must be pre-determined. Listing agents must have the sellers comp offer in a written agreement.
